We Do Not Accept Return

At Liasot, we take pride in creating one-of-a-kind customized products tailored to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue with your order. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Return Processing Time

1. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your items to be received and processed.

2. Once the item is received at our warehouse, scanned into inventory, you will be refunded for the item back to your account you required.

3. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Note: Shipping costs will not be refunded for non-quality returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.Please note that during this process, the shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost Packages
Unfortunately, sometimes things get lost in transit. Liasot cannot be held responsible for any lost packages that have been correctly shipped out, both domestic and international. However, when this happens it’s obviously a bummer for both of us, so we’d love to find a reasonable compromise! Please let us know if you haven’t received your package after four weeks and we’ll look into it.
